What looks like a steer tube is two parts that clamp/compress a Cane creek Angleset combined with a Corsair headtube.
The Clamp wedges produce a near "radial" compression on the fork sliders, meaning very little force is necessary to create to hold the sliders. Made ONLY for Corsair frames
